The school was inspected under Section 8 of the Education Act by Ofsted on 22nd and 23rd March 2022 and I am now delighted to share with you all the outcome of this inspection.

A Section 8 inspection is a short inspection of schools currently judged to be ‘Good’ (last Inspection judgement was Good in 2016) and determines whether the school continues to provide a good standard of education and that safeguarding is effective.

The judgement was that the Her Majesties Inspector (HMI) found sufficient evidence of improved performance that it may be judged outstanding under a further Section 5 inspection. Therefore, the next inspection for Iqra Primary school will be a Section 5 Inspection in 1 – 2 years.
