On Saturday 5th April 2025, the Iqra Primary School Choir took centre stage at the vibrant Eid Festival held at Westfield – and what a performance it was!

Introduced with great pride by Ms Munir, the children captivated the audience with not only their beautiful voices but also the inspiring stories behind their songs. 

The choir performed two original songs, "United We Stand" and "I'm Not Gonna Make It Alone", alongside their dedicated vocal coach, Ms Conner. Both pieces were powerful in message and rich in harmony, completely created and arranged by the children themselves using only their voices. It was a proud moment for all involved.

The atmosphere was electric, with a crowd full of energy and anticipation. Staff and parents from Iqra Primary School showed up in full support, adding to the lively buzz of the event. It was more than just a performance – it was a celebration of unity, creativity, and the joy of coming together.

A huge well done to our talented choir members, Ms Conner, and everyone who supported this fantastic event. We can't wait to see what the choir brings to the stage next!
